Do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, payment card information, medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email.

When you visit the website, Squarespace, Google, and other service providers used to operate and measure the website may automatically collect or process:

  • Internet Protocol address.

  • Schedule discussions and prepare proposals.

  • Provide services under a separate agreement.

  • Measure website traffic, engagement, referring sources, and performance.

  • Understand which pages, content, or campaigns generate visits and inquiries.

  • Diagnose technical problems and improve website usability.

  • Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.

  • Maintain business, tax, insurance, and legal records.

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

  • Comply with applicable law and lawful requests.

  • Complete another purpose disclosed when information is collected or authorized by you.

Website Forms and CAPTCHA

Our website forms are provided through Squarespace and use CAPTCHA technology to reduce spam and automated abuse. When you submit a form, the information is processed through Squarespace and delivered to the recipient configured by Draft Creative. Squarespace and the CAPTCHA provider may process device, browser, network, IP address, and interaction information to provide and secure these features.

Do not use a website form to send confidential client data, credentials, regulated information, or trade secrets unless Draft Creative has approved an appropriate transmission method.

Squarespace Analytics

We use Squarespace Analytics to understand website traffic and activity. Squarespace Analytics may process information about your browser, network, device, referring page, IP address, pages visited, clicks, scrolling, searches, and timestamps. We use this information to measure site traffic, understand general engagement, and improve the website.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics 4 may collect session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, page activity, referral information, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Google may process this information to provide analytics, reporting, security, fraud prevention, and related services. We do not intentionally send Google Analytics information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, or form message.

Google explains how it uses information from websites and applications that use its services at:

https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

You can learn about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at:

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

·       Necessary cookies: Used for website operation, security, forms, CAPTCHA, network management, and saved privacy choices.

·       Analytics and performance cookies: Used by Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, sessions, traffic sources, page activity, and website performance.

Where applicable law requires consent, analytics and performance cookies will be restricted until you make a choice through the cookie banner. You can accept, reject, or manage nonessential cookies. You can change your selection through the website's cookie preference control. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser.

Blocking necessary cookies can affect website functions. Rejecting analytics cookies limits measurement but should not prevent ordinary access to website content.

Your browser or device may offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is no single, consistently applied standard for these signals, the website may not respond to every Do Not Track signal. We will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals when required by applicable law.

Google Ads and Advertising Referrals

Draft Creative may use Google Ads or other advertising platforms to promote its services. When you view or select an advertisement, the advertising platform may process information under its own privacy policy. When you arrive at our website from an advertisement, Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics 4 may receive referral and campaign information that identifies the advertisement or source of the visit.

We do not currently use this website for Google Ads remarketing, personalized advertising audiences, Customer Match, enhanced conversions, or similar cross-site advertising features. If we activate one of these features, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any additional notice, consent, or opt-out controls required by applicable law.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Squarespace: To host, operate, secure, support, and measure the website and process its forms.

  • Google: To provide analytics, CAPTCHA, reporting, security, and related services.

  • Email and communication providers: To deliver inquiries and support our responses.

  • Technology contractors: When access is reasonably necessary to maintain or secure the website or business systems.

  • Professional advisers: Such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and consultants.

  • Authorities and legal recipients: When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security.

  • Transaction participants: In connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to suitable protections.

  • Other parties you authorize: When you request or consent to the disclosure.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly provide website form submissions to another company for its independent direct marketing.

Some privacy laws define a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising more broadly than an exchange for money. If Draft Creative begins an activity covered by those definitions and an applicable law applies to Draft Creative, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Relevant factors include:

  • Whether an inquiry, proposal, or client relationship remains active.

  • Analytics settings and legitimate measurement needs.

  • Business, tax, accounting, insurance, and legal recordkeeping requirements.

  • Applicable limitation periods.

  • Security, fraud prevention, and dispute management needs.

Squarespace, Google, and other providers may retain information under their own settings, contracts, and privacy policies. When information under our control is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, deidentify, or securely isolate it. Backup copies may remain temporarily under standard backup processes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, email, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration will never occur.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to Draft Creative, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include:

  • Accessing certain personal information.

  • Correcting inaccurate personal information.

  • Requesting deletion of personal information.

  • Receiving a copy of certain personal information.

  • Withdrawing consent when processing is based on consent.

  • Opting out of certain data uses when applicable law provides that right.

These rights are not absolute. A request may be denied or limited when an exception applies, when we cannot verify the request, or when applicable law does not grant the requested right.

To submit a privacy request, email info@draftcreativegroup.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Describe your request and state or country of residence. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority.

Marketing Communications

Submitting a project inquiry does not automatically enroll you in recurring marketing emails. If Draft Creative offers an optional marketing list, you can unsubscribe through the link in the message or by contacting us.

We may still send direct responses and nonmarketing communications concerning an inquiry, proposal, existing relationship, security issue, or legal matter.

Children's Privacy

The website and Draft Creative's services are intended for adults and businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website.

Third-Party Websites

The website may link to social networks, client websites, portfolio pages, articles, and other third-party services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. Draft Creative does not control those third parties.

Selecting an email link may open your email provider or application. Your email provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, tools, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
